Brockville's Original Comedy Community Theatre Company, The Uppities, are excited to present their Christmas 2019 Original Comedy Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre Show.

Imagine... A small town theatre group, The Tunnel Town Thespians, has been gifted with a generous donation of a brand new theatre from a recently deceased philanthropist.  The catch is, the low-talent grandson of the benefactor has to play the lead in the opening night performance.  This rankles the egos of the regular lead performers who were expecting the be the stars yet again - and everyone is just barely holding it together.  Plus - retiring Director - Halley Hasbeen - has completely re-written and "improved" the original script to the Phantom of the Opera.  Now it's a Christmasy Style Musical called Phantom of the Manger.  She needs this performance to be - perfect - to get into the local Performing Arts Hall of Fame.

What will happen on opening night? Will the cast and crew be able to bear the entitled rich kid?  Can the secrets of the group remain?  Will the audience notice the backstage sabotages as the play is being performed.  

There's definitely Danger in the Manger Theatre. But let's hope nobody gets hurt on opening night of... The Return of the Phantom of the Manger.
